Performing a routine service helps extend the life of your HVAC system. AC maintenance: clean out air conditioning cabinet, inspect dual run capacitor, inspect amp draw on condenser fan motor, inspect fan blade, clean out electrical components inside service panel, inspect electrical disconnect box, fuses, electrical connections fittings, inspect service pan for refrigerant lines, inspect refrigerant levels, inspect service valves, inspect refrigerant cap seals, inspect contactor connections, inspect condition of air filter. Furnace maintenance: clean out cabinet, inspect electrical components in the service panel, inspect gas pipe fittings, inspect gas burners for proper operation, inspect blower motor and capacitor, inspect condition of full operation, inspect ducting in attic, inspect airflow condition, and inspect temperature split from return to supply.

Summerized: clean out cabinet, hook up and inspect water line, and adjust water float. Oil lube bearings for proper lubrication. Inspect condition of fan belt, pump motor, pulley, pads, and float. Inspect waterline and inspect drain line. Inspect drain pan for corrosion. Winterize: unhook the unit from its power source, drain the cooler cabinet. Disconnect water line, drain the water, install customer winter cover, and block the vent.
